What We Do
MobilServ’s innovative Wireless Commerce technology solutions are
directed toward increasing Consumers’ Service Level and, Merchants’
Sales and Profits.
MobilServ provides merchants and operators a suite of wireless
ordering systems that enhance consumers’ experience by enabling them
to order and pay for their desired items for quick pickup or
delivery to their location. For Merchants and venue operators, these
system and services automate the ordering and payment process,
reducing overhead and increasing sales.

Our Management Team

Robert Showghi: Founder & President.
As the founder and CEO of one of first mobile-commerce and wireless
application companies in the US, Robert S. Showghi is considered as
one of the visionaries and pioneers in this filed. Among his several
patents in the field of mobile-commerce and wireless remote ordering,
is one of the earliest patents in mobile-commence. The Wall Street
Journal, CBS News, ABC News, Seattle Post-Intelligencer, San Diego
Tribune are a few of the prominent media that have interviewed and
quoted Robert Showghi regarding wireless applications and mobile-commerce.
Robert has been a guest speaker and panelist at industry and market
trend discussions at prestigious forums such American Association of
Assembly Mangers, National Association of Concessionaires, Hotel &
Lodging Association and USC Marshall School of Business. Robert has
an Industrial Engineering degree from University of Houston and an M.B.A.
degree from Seattle University. Robert also has over 20 years experience
in operations management at fortune 500 companies such as Crane Aerospace
& Electronics Corp. and Eaton Corporation, where he was the Operations
Manager of over +$120 million business unit.

Scott Juds: Vice President of Business Development.
Scott has over 25 years’ experience in both hands-on and executive-level
positions. He holds a BSEE from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and
an MSEE from Stanford University. Scott is named inventor on 37 US and
foreign patents. He has been VP of Advanced Engineering for the Everett,
Wash., division of Eaton Corporation, and the cofounder and VP of Engineering
for IDX, Inc., of El Dorado, Arkansas, which now dominates the casino and car
wash markets for electronic coin acceptors. Scott is a Registered Professional
Engineer in the state of Washington. Scott has a long, successful history of
envisioning and defining new products, managing their development, bringing
them to market, and protecting the associated IP.

James Gamache: Chief Technologies Officer.
James holds a BSEE form The University of
Washington. In 1977 he was a co-founder of Observational Systems,
which evolved into GaugeTalker, then Cimworks, where James held
positions V.P. of Engineering and Chief Technologies Officer, and
was acquired in 2000 by GE Fanuc. James has recently.

Richard Olivo: General Counsel.
Richard graduated from Cairo American College in Cairo, Egypt, received
his Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Texas at
El Paso, and his Juris Doctor from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at
Texas Southern University. Richard worked for two years at Procopio,
Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch, LLP, in San Diego, Calif., on its Business
and Technologies Team. In May 1999, he started his own practice in El
Paso where he specializes in business transactions, including matters
relating to shareholders’ buy-sell agreements, employment and independent
contractor agreements, trade secret protection, trademark and service mark
registration, competitive business practices, and business structuring and
financing.
