How It Works

1.    The customer sees the Wi-S-Ord number posted at your store, calls the number to receive back and SMS message containing a link to your venue or store’s online e-menu for use directly on the customer’s cellphone. Repeat customers can save the number or bookmark the link and order ahead of their arrival to eliminate waiting time altogether.

2.  From the e-menu displayed on the customer’s cellphone desired items are selected and a payment method is selected. The completed order is received by our servers, which processes the financial transaction, returns an order confirmation number and fulfillment time estimate to the customer, and forwards the order to your venue or store.

3.    A MobilServ NetPrinter at your venue or store connects directly to the internet to receive and print the order for your staff to process for either customer pickup or optional delivery to a table or seat location specified in the order. Our Merchant Manager web site allows full online access to orders, full control of your menu, and a complete set of reports.

Easy To Setup And Install
Installation is as simple as plugging in the NetPrinter to power and an Ethernet cable. Menu and pricing setup is done online with our Merchant Manager web application. We will help you setup a merchant account to accept credit and debit cards for payment. Then just promote it to your customers and you are up and running!
